Wilderness Medicine Project comes to Chogoria

The “Roll Back Malaria” mosquito net program will get significant support in October when medical volunteers come to help with distribution and education. Dr. Rasori had the project inserted into the Wilderness Medicine catalog of courses. We are hoping for a good turnout since the program is a great opportunity for health professionals to learn about practicing in remote parts of the world, and to make a difference in the lives of many.

Our hope is that the Wilderness Medicine team will follow an implementation phase that will occur earlier in the summer, with the help of students from Stanford. More to come on this as plans firm up.
